1. Enrollment & Eligibility
To enroll a child in New Wave Daycare, a parent or legal guardian must:
- Complete all required enrollment forms.
- Provide updated medical and emergency contact information.
- Agree to our policies regarding health, behavior, and attendance.
2. Operating Hours
New Wave Daycare operates from 7:00am - 6:00pm during weekdays. We are closed on weekends and public holidays unless otherwise stated.
- Late pickups may incur a fee as outlined in the enrollment agreement.
3. Payment & Fees
- Tuition fees are due in advance on a [weekly/monthly] basis.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written policy.
4. Health & Safety
- Children with contagious illnesses must stay home to protect the health of others.
- In case of illness or injury, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
- Emergency medical care may be sought if necessary, at the parent’s expense.
5. Behavior & Discipline
We promote a positive, respectful, and nurturing environment.
- Consistent behavioral issues may result in a meeting with parents and possible disenrollment if not resolved.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only as needed and is kept secure.

7. Liability
New Wave Daycare is not liable for:
- Personal belongings lost or damaged on premises.
- Injuries resulting from natural play activities under supervised care, unless caused by negligence.

Use of our website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any major changes, and continued use of our services confirms your agreement to the updated terms.
