Incentive Center

An Incentive Program is a strategic use of goals and rewards designed to motivate good behaviors for each child.

Rewards can encourage children’s good behaviors and help get each child to consistently behave in a positive manner.

Each Toddler and Preschooler will have a sticker chart. When a child does something positive or shows good behavior, they will receive one sticker on their chart.

Each child is only allowed to receive one sticker per day adding up to five stickers by the end of the week.

Each Friday before dismissal, they will be able to purchase a toy if they received 5 stickers throughout the week. 

This will teach children responsibility and consistency.
