Welcome to New Wave Daycare. By enrolling your child, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

To enroll a child in New Wave Daycare, a parent or legal guardian must:

• Complete all required enrollment forms.
   
• Provide updated medical and emergency contact information.
   
• Agree to our policies regarding health, behavior, and attendance.

New Wave Daycare is not liable for:

• Personal belongings lost or damaged on premises.
   
• Injuries resulting from natural play activities under supervised care, unless caused by negligence.
